Fitness Passport, is a new YouTube series that follows a group of trainers trying interesting, obscure and everyday workouts and health spots around Australia - a country that is blessed with a massive offering when it comes to health and fitness alternatives.
The idea behind Fitness Passport is to show you interesting ways to train as well as eating principals, how you'll benefit from them, what to expect and ultimately inspire you to try something new/ be active/ get healthy.
The first episode, hosted by Ben Lucas, is based in Sydney and features:
