Sugar-free chocolate, date, walnut slice

No dairy, no gluten, no sugar and no cooking required!

All you need to whip up this simple slice is some sugar-free chocolate melts from Well, Naturally, walnuts (or macadamias are good too), dates, coconut oil and cacao.

12 pitted dates

1/4 cup of Cacao

1 1/2 cups of walnuts or macadamias

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp coconut oil

45 grams of Well Naturally Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Melts

Punnet of raspberries


Smash walnuts and tear dates into small pieces. Combine all ingredients except raspberries. Mix with wooden spoon until well combined and moist. (Alternatively you can whizz in a food processor for smoother mixture but I like mine chunky).

Transfer mixture into a square or round tray lined with baking paper. Spread evenly and compress.

Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

Dust with cacao powder and serve with smashed raspberries and a cup of herbal tea.
