Exercises to banish the Thanksgiving bloat!

Are you feeling the Thanksgiving overload? Celebrity Fitness Trainer Reggie Chambers to the rescue!

You're not the only one who indulged in an all-out calorie blow out this Thanksgiving... there were turkeys, veggie bakes, pecan tarts and pumpkin pies aplenty and lots of hot cider going down during yesterday's day of giving thanks.

The average American takes in 4500 calories on Thanksgiving and a whopping 229grams of fat. Enough to make you walk to the gym right now, right? Except a lot of us don't have time. But thanks to celebrity fitness guru, Reggie Chambers, all you need is 15 minutes to start working off all that chowing down you did yesterday.

Reggie says that even if there is only 10 or 15 minutes to spare this holiday season (even if it's between cooking, cleaning, family commitments or gift wrapping), it's enough to make an impact on your fitness. And if you happen to have 20-30 mins spare one day, well you could fit in a whole body workout!

Don't worry about high-tech gym equipment or the latest sweat style, all you need for this workout is some floor space.

Let's Do This...

15 mins: abs, butt, core, stretching

Abs: 30 crunches, 30 bicycles, 20 pelvic thrusts  (Repeat 4 times)

Butt: 12 Elbow to knees on each side, 12 Fire hydrants on each side, Lay on back and do 15 Leg Lifts on each side (3 times)
